All 6Boost manifolds are individually hand made. They are specifically designed for your application and built around unique merge collector” design. This means no pipes cross each other and the merge collector directs all gases at the turbine entry.

6Boost RB26 exhaust manifolds are individually hand made. Specifically designed for your application and built around a unique “merge collector” design. This means no pipes cross each other and exhaust gases are directed into the turbine with maximum force resulting in performance gains.

By using the 6Boost manifold merge collector design, testing has shown spool times improved by up to 400rpm and power gains up to 15% have been achieved. These figures have been proven time and time again in back to back dyno testing.

6Boost RB20 / RB25 manifolds are constructed from thick wall mandrel bent steam pipe, sand blasted inside and out for smooth gas flow and finished with a high temperature exhaust enamel coating proven to withstand extremely high levels of heat. We are so confident in the quality of 6Boost manifolds they even come with a lifetime warranty against cracking and manufacturing defects!

All manifolds come complete with new head and manifold studs, nuts and high quality manifold to turbo gasket included in the price. We also stock head to manifold gaskets as an optional extra if you require one.
