6Boost manifolds are specifically designed for your application and built around a unique “merge collector” design. This design means all pipes enter at the exact same angle and merge together pointing directly into the turbine. No pipes cross each other so gas flow is not disrupted and all exhaust gases are directed at the turbine entry with absolute maximum force, converting into quicker spool and better performance gains. By using this merge collector design 6Boost often see up to 400rpm faster spool time and anywhere up to 15% power gains. Peak power is also held up to 600rpm longer, even on highly tuned race engines.

Each 6Boost manifold is individually hand crafted to the highest standard and built to last a lifetime. Made from 3.6mm thick mandrel bent steam pipe with 12mm laser cut flanges and tig welded seams each 6Boost manifold is sand blasted inside and out for a smooth and even finish and then coated in high temperature exhaust enamel that is proven to withstand extremely high levels of heat. We are so confident in the quality of 6Boost manifolds they come with a lifetime warranty against cracking and manufacturing defects you can be sure of getting a top class product.

All 6Boost manifolds come supplied with a full set of head to manifold studs, turbo studs and turbo gasket. 6Boost manifolds are available for most turbocharged Nissan, Mitsubishi and Toyota models in a selection of turbo flange options including T3, T3 twin scroll, T4 twin scroll, Garrett V-band, Precision V-band and Tial V-band. We can also build manifolds suitable for Greddy 3 bolt flange and HKS T51R VBand. All manifolds are available with single or twin wastegate ports.

PLEASE NOTE: 50mm wastegate outlets will support 45mm, 50mm and 60mm wastegates. Single wastegate manifolds require a minimum of 45mm external wastegate although 50mm is recommended. Wastegate sizes such as 38mm or 40mm will not provide correct boost control on a merge collector style manifold.
